German Quick Change Artists Lex Schoppi & Alina honored by “Artist of the year 2011″ at the German Golden Artist Gala. The official institution of the association of show and entertainment artistes awarded the magic duo in the category “best Quick Change Act 2011″. This event is one of the most comprehensive show programs in Germany. A total of 25 Showacts presented in 5 hours 10-minute previews from their programs. After several magic awards and few performances in several TV Shows they very proud of this German premium entertainment award. Alina includes her new Minelli Act into the Quick Change Show and Lex has created wonderfull new costumes for this show act. Lex Schoppi

With his specialist publications Lex Schoppi contributed significantly to the popularity of quick change on the magic scene and was honored by “author of the year” by Magic Circle of Germany “MZvD” in 2010. In 2001 he wrote his first specialist article on quick change and already by 2003 his first book appeared at the FISM World Championships of Magic in Den Haag. In May 2005 he published his second book on quick change in the USA, which not only sold worldwide and was republished, but found its place on the day of release in the top ten best-seller list of magic dealers around the world. The technical costume designer has been involved since the year 2000 as an advisor for show theatres, magicians and artists from Canada to Australia. Alongside three dozen different techniques, eighteen inventions have been created. Some of these have been mass-produced and are distributed today by a Californian wholesaler to magic dealers all over the world. The coach and consultant for Germanys Top Rockstars, Comedians, Singers, Magicians, Stars and Topmodels works also for magicians and artists. For the Eurovision TV he was Coach and performer for few of the biggest TV Events from Europe. He was the creator of the Illusions in the opening ceremony of the german music award show and the leading act for the TV Show “circus of the stars” in Circus Krone Munich. He also was lecturer and gala-artist at several magic conventions.
